Vocal Training and Experience

¨      Summer 2005 Baroque Performance Institute at Oberlin Conservatory: daily master classes, small ensemble work, recitals; studied voice with Max van Egmond, Penny Jensen, and Nancy Zylstra, and baroque dance with Julie Andrijeski.

¨      Italy: 1998-1999 – Ten months of operatic voice lessons and Italian language study; played principal role Cherubino in Mozart's opera Le Nozze di Figaro and participated in recital with the Studio Lirico in Cortona, Tuscany.

¨      Associate singer in the Hawaii Opera Theatre Studio. Performed role of Le Libellule in Fall 2001 production of L’Enfant et les Sortileges.
